MyTeleMed Key Features
With MyTeleMed, you will have access to your own personal medical answering service messages, the messages of the practice as a whole, your on-call schedule(s), your staff information, and your personal preferences. The key features of the web portal include;

How to Log into MyTeleMed
MyTeleMed login portal comes complimentary with the use of any of our other products that will integrate all of your medical answering service information into one easily navigable homepage through which you will be able to manage messages, on-call schedules and more.

For Patients:
- Visit the MyTeleMed Login portal.
- Click on “Login” or “Sign In.”
- Enter your registered email/phone number and password.
- If logging in for the first time, you may need to complete a verification step (e.g., entering an OTP sent to your email or phone).
- Click “Login” to access your dashboard.
For Doctors/Healthcare Providers:
- Go to the MyTeleMed provider portal (via web or app).
- Enter your username and password.
- Complete any necessary multi-factor authentication (MFA) steps, if required.
- Click “Sign In” to access the doctor’s dashboard, where you can manage appointments, view patient records, and start virtual consultations.
Forgot Password?
- Click on “Forgot Password?”
- Enter your registered email or phone number.
- Follow the instructions to reset your password via email or SMS.
MyTeleMed Mobile App
The MyTeleMed Mobile app is our HIPAA-compliant mobile messaging app that receives complete text messages from the answering service or directly from your office via the MyTeleMed Practice Web Portal.

- Automatic read receipt sent to TeleMed when a new message is read.

How to Download the MyTeleMed Mobile App
You can manage your patient and medical office communications with your iPhone, Android, or Blackberry. To log in to MyTeleMed using a mobile app, download the MyTeleMed mobile app, and follow the instructions corresponding to your device:
